Strength for Life

Hear it from Lexie

Watch Lexie share what Strength for Life at co-able Fitness has meant for her. No intimidating gym floor and no pressure to keep up. Just a welcoming group, a coach who knows your name and progress you can feel week by week.

What it can do for you

How it works

1. Start with a health check

Your first visit is a one-on-one assessment with your coach. You'll talk about your health, your history and what you'd love to be able to do.

2. Get a plan made for you

Your coach builds a personalised exercise program around where you are today, not around a template.

3. Train with your group

Join small, supervised sessions where your coach watches your form, adjusts as you go and cheers every win.
