2. A plan that's yours

Built around what you can do today, with clear steps towards where you want to be.

3. Coaching every rep

Your trainer adjusts as you go, so every session feels challenging, safe and genuinely enjoyable.

Questions people ask

Do I need any gym experience?

Not at all. Plenty of our clients had never trained before. Your trainer starts exactly where you are.

Can I use NDIS funding for personal training?

In many cases, yes. Give us a call and we'll talk it through, or read more on our NDIS page.

Do I need to be a member?

Ask us about personal training options for members and non-members. You can also see our memberships and casual passes.

Can I combine training with massage?

Rachel is a qualified remedial massage therapist as well as a trainer. Ask us how to fit both into your plan.

Where are you?
